A grilled chicken breast, fire roasted red peppers, smoked applewood cheddar, prosciutto, arugula and a pesto mayo on a grilled panini loaf.  Accompanied by a strawberry citrus Caesar salad OR house cut shoestring fries.  Served with a bowl of our soup du jour to start.

Filet mignon wrapped in a crepe and baked in puff pastry with prosciutto and a arugula portabella mushroom duxelle. Presented with a bourbon & shallot wine garlic cream sauce.  Accompanied by pommes Anna potatoes and sautéed asparagus.  Served with the soup du jour or a house garden salad to start.
