Aperol liqueur, freshly squeezed orange juice, cranberry juice and champagne, poured tall over ice with a sugared rim, fresh cranberries, orange and a rosemary sprig!!!

Baked puff pastry filled with an 8 oz chicken breast, brie cheese, prosciutto, creamed leeks and a wild mushroom duxelle.   Presented with a cranberry dijon white wine cream sauce.  Accompanied by roasted garlic yellow beets, wilted spinach & yukon gold mashed potatoes.  Served with the soup du jour or a house garden salad to start.
