Brined, slow roasted turkey breast, apple slices, arugula, havarti cheese, red onions, bread and butter pickles and a cranberry Dijon aioli piled on fresh grilled multi grain bread.  Accompanied by a roasted garlic beet and mandarin green salad OR sweet potato plank fries.  Served with the soup du jour to start.

A panko and fresh herb encrusted, baked 8 oz double chicken breast stuffed with an apple, cranberry raisins, fresh sage, cream cheese, celery and caramelized onion stuffing.  Presented with a maple, cranberry dijon sauce.  Accompanied by roasted garlic beets, sautéed green beans & sweet potato and yukon gold mashed.  Served with the soup du jour or a house garden salad to start.
