Five rounds of toasted sourdough with a caper Dijon horseradish cream cheese, piled with fresh cucumber, pickled radish, apple and red onion pico de gallo, smoked salmon and a balsamic reduction.

Tuna, celery, apples, green & red onions, fresh dill and parsley, capers, Dijon, lemon zest, mayo & dill pickles, piled on grilled buttered French bread with a wild mushroom duxelle.  Accompanied by lemon pepper fried chips or our house caesar salad.  Served with a bowl of our soup du jour to start.

A baked, panko encrusted pork tenderloin stuffed with claw crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, caramelized onions and baby portabellas.  Presented with a roasted red pepper bearnaise.  Accompanied by buttery pommes Anna scalloped potatoes & sautéed garlic green beans.  Served with the soup du jour or a house garden salad to start.
